“We were so excited and impressed by the location and the convenience of this house. Right on the lake with direct stair access from both levels of the house. Nice swimming dock with ladder access for easy in and out of the crystal clear water It’s close to golfing, water sports, hiking quartz mining, downtown Hot Springs - pretty much anything you’re looking for in the Hot Springs area. Cannot recommend enough! The property manager responds very quickly to all inquiries. ”

“Loved the location and the property overall. Definitely could have been cleaner. The toilets and bathtub were not clean at all and there was dog hair all over the half bath. We were a group of ladies, so we just cleaned what was unsatisfactory ourselves. I also think it’s strange to have seating for three in the common area. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. ”
