「Having visited HSV twi,ce before, we wanted to see our family's reaction to the possibility of us moving there from TX. As a family, we hiked some of the trails. played pickleball, viewed the rest of the amenities, shopped locally and loved the sunsets over the hills and trees. This house provided us with everything we needed and worked out perfectly. Just disappointed that we couldn't have a fire in the fire pit while there. Thanks for the memories and next step for us is to rent a house...

「Very rustic on outside which makes you question at first. Then you open the door and are AMAZED! What a beautiful place. Everything was excellent, One of our favorite places」

「Stayed here April 2025. One of maybe 6 homes on a quiet dead end street with lake access in the back (dock). 15 minutes from Bathhouse Row downtown. 5 minutes from grocery and Walmart. Wonderfully furnished with lots of charm and carefully selected pieces. Could not get over the nick nacks and little details. Fully furnished kitchen with pots/colander/measuring cups/utensils. Microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, full oven, washer/dryer. Left us nice snacks and coffee. Game room....

「We loved our cabin stay and the property. The kids were super excited about staying in the woods and close proximity to waffles (them) and coffee (us). The water levels were high due to flooding and we found a safe place to stay with all the comforts of home. 」

「The house was exactly as listed and was the perfect getaway for our family Spring Break! My parents arrived first and sent me a text saying "the house is awesome" followed a little later by "these are my people, there is a frosted glass in the freezer!" The house was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again!」

「The house was cute and in a great location with little drive time to the historic district. Everything was very clean. Only downside was that it does get cold at night so bring extra blankets. Other than that I would definitely book this location again for another trip to Hot Springs. 」

"We lived on the first floor. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was very noisy. It might be the guests staying there. It lasted for a while and then became quiet. Everything else is fine"
