Older but very nice duplex. The neighborhood seemed safe, with the exception of the place across the street. It seemed alittle sketchy . We loved how close it is to down town, we walked down it is so close. It was nice having separate room for the kids but still being together in the same place. And it was great to be able to come back to the house and rest between outings. The host was great. Very friendly and accommodating.

We visited for a large volleyball tournament and it’s a stone throw to the convention center- perfect to walk when weather permits. Most people were parking further away than our parking spot! The townhome was perfect for our family! The owners were so incredibly kind and very responsive! Excellent experience for these first time VRBO users! Thank you!

Location, location, location!!
This charming home was the perfect choice for us to make the most of our trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas! You can see the Hot Springs Tower and the old Army/Navy Hospital building from the front porch, along with the beautiful landscape of the Hot Springs National Forest. The property was clean, stocked with essentials, and had very comfortable beds and soft, clean towels. The property is just 3 blocks from Bath House Row and we were able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit without having to worry about parking! Super convenient!! The owner, Lin, was engaging and responsive to any questions we had leading up to our trip and any concerns we had during our stay! Definitely recommended to anyone looking to visit Hot Springs and looking forward to planning our next visit!! Thanks Lin! :)

Perfect location with all the charm
What's not to love!?! It was really clean, comfortable with plenty of room. Most of all, walking distance to town and the best location! The porch was inviting to sit, rain or shine. The unit had all the basic necessities on hand. We didn't need to ask for anything. Thank you Linny!

Hot springs get away
This property was remarkably close to everything. We parked the car and never had to get in it again until we went to the Garvan gardens which is highly recommended. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Great information inside with the magazine about hot springs. We had problems with Lin on check in who was quite rude when first called and then we were given the wrong code to the door. Took about 20 mins to get the correct code which after driving 6.5 hours was a long time. The owner did respond and gave me his number for any problems so it all worked out. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

The house is about two blocks from the center of downtown Hot Springs, which made it very easy to walk everywhere, and the neighborhood was quiet. Cute little town perfect for a weekend getaway!

The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised. There are plenty of comfortable chairs and a loveseat in a bedroom but no living room. This wasn’t an issue for us. We were in HS for a conference. The unit is very close to the convention center and downtown. It was very easy to checkin and checkout. The off street covered parking was an unexpected bonus! Lin was wonderful to work with. She was very communicative and checked on us multiple times. 10/10 would rent this place again.

Just perfect for 2 old friends to catch up and enjoy beautiful Hot Springs! Just a 2 block walk to the downtown area where all the unique bathouses are and shops! Great owners and very easy communication! Place was clean. Beds were great..nice shower.
