“Pool has been closed for 3 years. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap were all out upon arrival.Bathroom was very dim!”

They also allow dogs so when I walked down to lobby to get ice dogs barked at me in rooms, the snack machine was empty and there was no continental breakfast or coffee maker on my room. The pool was closed, it was just a strange hotel”

We were there the first of June so it got down to 5 degrees Celsius. It was cool but the blankets were fine for it. We didn’t stay for breakfast as it was from 9-10 am and we wanted to hit the road. “We notified the property that we would be arriving late as the late arrival instructions stated. When we got there nobody answered any of the phone numbers listed. We waited for quite a while hoping to contact someone but had to drive down into missoula and pay for a room there. Even when Expedia attempted to reach out to them they couldn't make contact either. On top of it all we were traveling with a child. Terrible service, no follow up, no cooperation and they would not refund my money. I……
