“Despite unusually cold weather, the reception at Jekyll Ocean Club was warm and welcoming. We found plenty to do on the island and nearby. We had amazing meals here and in other island restaurants. Had a massage, loved the hot tub and everyone enjoyed horseback riding on the beach. Love this hotel. Our second time there and will be back for sure. ”

“The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We were surprised when the bed was not made or towels replaced, as we were not advised that the management did not service the rooms at all during our stay. We did request more coffee, and it was left outside the room for us. The breakfasts were delicious, hot, and made to order. The inn is centrally located, and it was easy to get to attractions and the beach. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. ”

“The property and Club House were beautiful and filled with character and history. We enjoyed sunsets with cocktails and dinner at The Wharf restaurant. However, upon arrival the bell hop and front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful. The bell hop did not give us directions to the front desk and the signage is not obvious so we had to wander a bit. When we came back to the car, the bell hop was less than eager to help us with the bags, so we just parked the car and took in our own……

“The hotel is just beautiful, There is a Noisy gym next door but quiets down in the evening. There is a great restaurant upstairs on the rooftop. Stringent check-in and not allowed to try until after 4:00 which is fine but did not offer to take luggage. 10:00 next morning they are ringing the bell to clean. You pay a great deal for little time.”

“We really enjoyed the spacious rooms. They offered to make smores from 6 to 9 pm. The breakfast was okay. We enjoyed the waffle maker but they need to offer sausage or bacon to go with the waffle. They only offered sausage inside a frozen breakfast biscuit sandwich. ”

“From the moment we arrived Tammy greeted us and was so helpful and knowledgeable! Due to weather conditions predicted at our home we had to leave two days early. We explained our situation to Brittany and she told us what we needed to do for arrangements to get a refund for the night we had left on our reservation. The hotel was clean, perfectly situated for a beautiful view, activities, dining and shopping and we will definitely stay there again.”
