We rented this property over the 4th of July for a family reunion and had a great time!
The setting/location of the property were outstanding, and the property was very clean at the time of check in. The views out onto the valley were wonderful - especially around the 4th when we could see numerous fireworks displays occurring in the distance. The proximity to the state park, caverns, and Fallingwater were a huge plus, and a good grocery store is not far away (in Uniontown).
The room/bed options worked very well, with some rooms containing multiple beds and other just one king/queen; this setup works very well for groups that are not only 'couples' (i.e. groups with kids/youths who don't mind sharing a room).
The only negatives about the property are:
1) Only one refrigerator - plan on needing multiple coolers if you're staying here with a big group and bringing in a lot of your food and drinks. Overall, the kitchen is a bit smallish relative to the size of the house, and adequately stocked with utensils and pots/pans.
2) The property is starting to show its age in some spots, most notably the pool (i.e. missing trim pieces on the top rail; discolored liner in spots; maybe some previous guests mistook this as 'green water' - ??). The pool water was clean, though and very refreshing in the July heat.
