“We had a lovely time here with our 2 year old for two nights. We stayed in the Bluebell Pod which was so cosy and comfortable. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the woods and the animals. Many thanks. Hope to come again next year! ”

“Tent was not as listed (no table, sparse and beds were average). Also tents flooded in the rain...no towels. Grounds were clean, location was perfect, but oversold the tents (greed!) which led to problems...”

“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by. It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……

“I'M HAPPY THAT BOOKED GOOD PRICES FOR 2 DAYS FOR 2 ROOM WITH MY FRIENDS IN HERE. THE ROOM IS VERY LUXURY, HAVE SOFA AND ALL FACILITIES, BATHROOMS WITH TUB OVERALL FELT THAT SO CLEAN AND TIDY, AND THE STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL, SPECIAL ASSIST THAT CAN EARLY CHECK IN AND STORAGE LUGGAGE. ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.”

"Asked kindly for a pair of slippers and the two male staff (one looked like a manager) at the concierge stared blankly at me for a few seconds like I’ve arrived from Mars, and eventually uttered not available. I paid almost £90 for a night layover, ok you are not Four Seasons, but I expected a lot better than that. Ruined your brand Holiday Inn. "

"The room is big enough for 2-3 people, it is clean and comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful, there are many bars near the hotel which is a bit noisy at night, however the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again."
