I gave 3 stars because the staff was amazing. But overall, the room just needs to be more presentable. The interior needs major renovation. The security deposit was just a bit too much for such a hotel, leaving me with the impression that the hotel will be somewhat in presentable condition. But just needed to point out what the owner already knows. Other than that, the lady who checked us in was amazing. Sweet lady. I wasn't there on vacation, so that's why I was okay with the stay. But I really wanted to opt out and cancel my reservation on go to another one. Hope that makes sense.

Staff was friendly, rooms affordable and clean, location very practical. One star down as the maintenance of the room needed some help. The air conditioner was a torrent of water dripping down. All in all, will stay again. Thrifty Hawaiian nights.

The bathroom floor was disgustingly dirty! Had to lay towels on the floor to walk on it. Parking was horrendous, and they don’t enforce the “no parking spaces” making it extremely difficult for those parking correctly to pull out of their spot! Overall very, very run down!!! They should also mention that the restaurant on premises is a Chinese restaurant…who’s food was lukewarm at best!

Adele at the front desk is downright rude. She wouldnt help me figure out thectv. The other frontdesk wonan was kind and patient, didnt catch her name. Adele needs a classvin hospitaity. The room is so basic, its pathetic. The slatsvinxthecwondow are broken so anyone could peek inand see the bed. I had to coverthe window with towels. The tv took me 3 phonecalls and 45 minues to finally get it workig. There are multipesteps to receie channels,you atually have to dwnload channels which took at least 10 mins. This is a poor quality motel. Its one of the worst ones ive eer sayed at. I cant wait to check out in the morning. Poor quality. Took forever to check in because the staff couldnt figure out how to get the room keys to operste going from 2025 to 2026. I definitly will recommend this motel to my worst enemy.

The room room was very clean, pool was great, AC worked well. Friendly and helpful staff. Chinese food restaurant was basically attached to the hotel; very convenient. 3-4 minute walk to get the W-line bus for downtown Waikiki (beach). Can also get the skyline train at same location. 10 minute train ride to Pearl Harbour Memorial. Free shuttle to and from airport was great and less than 10 minutes. My only small dislike, and not a big deal, they had karaoke almost every night in the bar.

Staff was okay, the room was not how it was advertised and they were trying to check me out early when I paid for 3 days. This is the worse experience I had staying at a hotel. I requested to be moved to another room due to the smell of cigarettes and the beddings had a smell that was not pleasant but nothing was resolved.

Beware. Very sketchy dirty hotel. Looks nothing like the pictures they offer. First off the airport shuttle woman made me put my luggage in van by myself. Would not even help. Just watched. Got into my filthy black mold “motel” room. Lock in door was rusted out. Black mold in light fixtures and stains all over the walls. Rusted nails in walls Bubbly water damage all over. My tv did not work. It too over an hour for staff to get it working only to offer 9 local channels. Not a smart tv so no hope to put on Netflix or prime. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. When I checked in at 9pm the front desk asked me if I’m sure I’m alone and not having any visitors. Like it was a motel room by the hour. Stay at your own risk. You have been warned.

This is an old motel in an industrial neighborhood with homeless living nearby. Room access was on an outside walk so that coming/going could be observed and windows on next to the room’s door don’t contribute to a sense of security. Doors have cardlocks, but appear easily be broken open. No in-room safe for personal valuables. We chose it as it was close to the airport for an early hours departure. In the future, i’ll sacrifice connivence for safety.
