“We had a great stay! Very clean! Great friendly staff! Great location! ”

“Overall happy with the stay. Room is off to the side so beach view is from the end of the balcony on the side. Could use some remodeling but has been maintained well and kept clean. Kitchen is well stocked with anything needed. There was also items for the beach and children available which was nice. The beach was not crowded and the private pier was nice and provided shade if needed. One negative is having to keep up with a key to have access to stairwells and some gates. With only 1 elevator……

“I booked this property in June 2024 woth the intent to spend a long weekend in November 2024. Unfortunately, Florida, and particularly the barrier islands, was impacted by winds and storm surge caused by Hurricanes Debby, Helene, and Milton, and by the time we arrived, many residents and business owners in Indian Rocks and Clearwater were still recovering. Many of our favorite places were closed - some of them forever. The condo was nice, but the water park (Splash Harbor) was closed the whole……

“The location was great. Walking distance to numerous places as well as coffee and poke shops below. We had a wonderful view of a canal from the balcony. Very quiet. Walk path across the street to the beach. In addition, they had everything you need for the beach and more. A great place to stay that checks all the blocks. Enjoyed.”

“This place was very clean & I’m a neat freak. Location perfect, close to everything & cute town. Water pressure & hot water great. Our only let down was the the hot tub has been out of service since the hurricanes & this is something that should have been disclosed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“All was wonderful! We had been advised ahead of arrival what to expect since they were still recouping from storms Helene & Milton. However, all was very clean, property as well kept as could be expected. We were on 4th floor, long walk to room from Only elevator that was working. Started using stairs and all was fine! Will revisit when in TPA again! Better choice than a hotel! Management company PMI South Tampa was WONDERFUL! .”

“Please update your listing stating that since the hurricane, there are things on the property still not available, sun deck, beach area.More dish towels and cloths would be nice. We only had one dish towel. A storage area in the bathroom would be nice or have the linen closet unlocked for use. Pizza pan and cutter along with a few more sets of Silverware would be nice along with salt and pepper. More garbage bags too, as we only had one. ”
