“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“The apartment was very clean and well cared for. The host, Victor, responded quickly to our questions and needs. The only critique is that there was some noise to contend with coming from the upstairs apartment and adjacent apartment. Besides that, it was a nice place to stay.”

“Some of the reviews gave me pause, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had ample supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there was not an overabundance of towels, but the ones provided were fluffy and you can bring extra if you like more than one per guest. There is plenty of closet storage to bring anything extra that you need. We would stay here again.”

“We had the most perfect time with our stay. Victor is the best communicator I have seen in an owner. He responds immediately to your questions and he checks in with you to ensure you are pleased with the accommodations or to see if you need anything. Linens are new and essentials are provided. “Jason & Gina were wonderful hosts, they pay great attention to details and questions. They were unobtrusive. Their property and the studio is lovely.
