I dislike that even though there are grab bars in the shower/tub, the floor of the tub is so slippery my disabled daughter could not shower or bathe in it. It was tough for me, an abled person."

Aside from that, the staff at the desk, the bar, and the restaurant (the only ones we interacted with) were all extremely polite, pleasant, and helpful.
