“Perry provided helpful instructions on how to access his house. Great parking in a quiet, treed neighbourhood a few kilometers from the city centre. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and one evening meal. Everything in the house was tidy and clean. Good bed too. Perry graciously offered us suggestions on where to eat. A good stay!”

A good base to go to StJohn’s Avalon Peninsula, GraceHarbour Owner very helpful and was very easy to communicate with ”

“Fantastic location right on the ocean. Spectacular views! We saw Bluefin Tuna jumping in the bay just off the rocks. Nice cottage-like feel but with a fully upgraded and modern kitchen. Would book this place again for exploring St. John’s to Portuguese Cove”

“We enjoyed our stay and there were the essentials offered, which was nice. The suite is true to the photos. It was cozy and in a convenient location. The owners live upstairs and have small children, which would have perhaps been a good thing to know in the listing. Could hear walking around and small children fairly early in the mornings, which is understandable. Was just a bit difficult the very first morning after getting in on fairly late flight after travelling 2 days. It was not horrible……

“Stayed on a weekend, apartment was beautiful, clean, mattress comfortable. Everything was there that you need. Host was awesome. Didn’t like area of town, just preference overall for a quieter area. You are in the city, everything is close by”
