“We were in town for a convention. This place was perfect for what we needed. The space was nice and relaxing after a long day. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings.”

“A short anniversary/golf get away. Great views of the lake and the area golf courses were very nice. The local restaurants, which are just minutes away, provided some great meals. Really nice place to visit.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly like the pics. Lake Marion is literally steps outside of the back door. We randomly fished all day and night catching bream, catfish and white perch. Everybody (residents/ vacationers) were all so friendly.”

“Property manager or owner had condo stocked with the essentials which was great. She was also reachable and responsive when I contacted her and didn't know how to get in--I couldn't access my VRBO account while on the road but luckily I noted her contact info and reached out. Condo is located close to shopping and dining facilities which was great too! I would reserve again the future should I travel that way! :-)”

“Great area, and the house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked for cooking. Good hiking trails and boat rentals. The host responded right away to questions. The patio was not clean, garbage lying around and filthy chair cushions, and two of the three bathrooms were not cleaned. The kitchen stove and fridge were dirty. The host said that it was hard to get cleaners in that area.”

“Our reservations were canceled after we had received confirmation notice and instructions on how to enter the property. We were sent a welcome notice from the owner, but later told that the renters in the property wanted to extend their stay, so we were left out in the cold. We ended up having to rent motel rooms while waiting for our credit card to be released after we had been charged for the stay. We ended up in motel rooms for 12 nights instead of a house we had reserved.”

“2 TVs in the living room: one didn't work and one only got a few channels. Need to have soft, fluffy towels and a sheet of guidelines that tell what to do when checking out. Strip beds? etc.”
