And the kids came over for their traditional Friday night pizza and movie night - which our son-in-law was able to make in the apartment kitchen and we could watch on living room tv.”

I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in. I called the number I was provided for assistance, and the person that picked up……
