"I stayed at the hotel for 1 night with my sister. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the aroma when I entered the hotel. The double room is small but is clean with comfortable bed. It’s stylish and cozy design in room. Amazing rooftop public bath and lounge area. Location is great. 3 mins walking distance to airport shuttle stop and close to JR station and shopping area! "

The double room is clean and big enough for opening 2 big suitcases. Basic facilities are equipped in room. "機場巴士下車就是飯店外，距離札幌站也只要步行10-15分鐘，而且有地下連通道直通飯店B1,是交通很方便的位置。 離狸小路 大通公園等購物用餐地區一樣步行可及，而且飯店地下連通道直通。 飯店早餐很好吃，自助或日式套餐都很好不錯！"

"酒店位置還算方便，距離札幌站需步行約8分鐘，如拖著行李由札幌站行到酒店是比較困難的。最方便還是酒店樓下就有機場巴士，等車的位置在酒店停車場內，不怕風吹雨打。距離狸小路，北海道大學或大通公園比較遠，因此要到這些地方最好搭地鐵。酒店有些房是面向鐵路的，會比較嘈。我們住的房間不是面向鐵路，所以非常寧靜。早餐有兩款，自助餐或日式早餐。自助餐有很多選擇，好味，但日式早餐沒有轉換款式，我們吃了三天都是同一樣菜式。"
