The cabin was in ok condition but the price was definitely right. The resort was nice and quiet. I would stay here again as long as the price was right again.

It was very quiet and a nice place overall. If you like rustic cabins and the outdoors you will enjoy staying here. Could be improved with better mattresses and upkeep - we had a very slow bathroom sink drain that maintenance never fixed.

Disappointed

I was SO disappointed in this site!! When we arrived, we were given a cabin that did not match the description for what we booked. When I sought a resolution, the VERY unhelpful and rude woman who handled our check-in said that "the pages on hotels.com are all wrong." She made no attempt to solve the problem. I asked about another cabin that had bunkbeds, and she told me that would cost us $98.00 more. When I told her that was fine, she said, "oh, it turns out that cabin isn't cleaned."

Should start out with something I overlooked, wifi isn't free $5.95 a night or $14.95 for 7 days, wifi is necessary out there as there's no service. Now the issues with the property, the listing pics of the deluxe cabin are not accurate, it appears spacious with a long deck, it is not. Cabin we stayed in (25A) is a metal shell with interior looking cabin-ish (holes in walls and whatnot) and not listed is that it's a duplex! Was thinking it was a single cabin but neighbors were quiet, just hope my toddler was quiet enough for them. Before even getting to the cabin though was a disaster, receptionist showed 25A being in the phase3 area when I checked in, it was not. After check in at 4pm, had to be somewhere else so didn't look for our cabin at that time. We came back after dark headed to 25A as told it was nothing but RVs, so ended up driving around for 30 mins looking for the cabin. So more signage is needed & should be standard to have cabin areas lit up because we had to pull all the way up just to ensure we finally arrived at the right spot. Single window air conditioning did not provide adequate air, was hot when we arrived as air had been turned off. Shower was small with the head off to the side so either wash in tiny corner or hold the removable head. Beds small/hard. Didn't like that we had to clean the entire cabin removing linens, taking trash outside, etc or fees would apply. This was far from the relaxing weekend we'd hoped to have and paid to have.

Was excited to go, then disappointed when we found out the conditions. I chose this place to go because of the things to do, especially racquetball and tennis. The courts are all worn down and terrible. If you want to go for the pool and the beach, then this place is good. They keep the pool in great shape and the beach is nice. Workers are nice as well.

Musty Cabin

Cabin was very musty, our clothes smelled if we didn't keep in suitcases. Tiny shower stall with inadequate lighting. Have to strip linens upon leaving or be charged. Staff were nice, camp general store served good food cheap and grounds were in decent shape. A very mixed bag with the cabin odor bringing down rating.
