Need to pay for daily cleaning service - It is not stated in Expedia. I complaint about this with the Hotel Manager by their hotline and she wrote me email to ensure that daily cleaning service will be provided for the rest of my stay, however, they did not manage to keep their promise and only gave me one more day of cleaning services instead of two.When we call them again, they just told me that the cleaner is off, no one can help.
The services are not efficient - The working hour of the reception counter is way too short that it causes a lot of inconvenience for us, like we cannot ask for help to fix our shower head when we went back to the hotel at late afternoon, and no one can help fixing or change another kettle for our broken one. Every problem can only be addressed on next day, it is terrible to a tourist with 3-4 day holidays in Hobart.
While we are paying AUD 420 per night for three nights. The services are not up to standard, but the amount of money they charged us equals to the amount of fee we pay for four or five star hotel, even WIFI is charged which I found really unacceptable.
