The property was in a nice location with a nice view and easy access to the beach. It is not near the larger tourist attractions, so there is about a 15-minute drive to most of those. The location is away from congested areas but close enough to get to stores and restaurants without any issues. The property was not as clean as we are used to, but overall, we liked the property and area.

Nice and relaxing getaway for two!
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights to celebrate his birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, nicely decorated, and clean. The view from the balcony was the best part, seeing the beautiful sunrises/sunsets and hearing the waves crash against the shore was so relaxing. We loved the convenience of everything, you have direct access to the beach and you are also not far from restaurants, shopping, and other nearby attractions. This condo is exactly as described and pictured, you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely book this condo in the future.

True to its listing!!
My daughter and I stayed here for Spring Break. It was a really awesome. Great location and extremely easy access to the beach and pool. The bed was so comfortable and the unit had what we needed. Waking up to sunrises was very nice from the balcony. A couple of notes - there’s no coffee or anything provided. Fine for us but just a note to grab some before you head in. Also, the bed is right by the front door and if there’s anyone in the hallways you’ll hear them as though you’re in the conversation. If a light sleeper may want to use the pullout instead.

Perfect location
Great location over looking both the beach and pool area from the patio. We only had 2 so the size was perfect and had everything you needed like beach chairs, comfy bed and clean remodeled bathroom. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Vacation
We had an amazing time on HHI and it all started when we got to B231!! Perfect location with amazing views of the ocean and sunrise. The condo was clean, inviting and well stocked and is exactly what we were looking for. Amy is an awesome owner who answered all of our questions and gave us some great recommendations. We are already trying to figure out when we can book again!!!

Perfection on HHI!
Amy was the perfect host! From months in advance to our trip, she was always so quick to respond to our questions to help with our planning. Beginning to end, she was always going the extra mile to make sure our trip was flawless. Her kindness was absolutely genuine. You WILL NOT find a better host in Hilton Head. The room was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The bed was the so comfortable, and the kids even slept well on the sleeper sofa. There is a perfect view of the ocean and also overlooking the pool. Our family has stayed at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort for 4 years now, and this has by far been the best experience yet. We look forward to many more stays at B231!!
