Had not requested handicap accommodations but received them. Problem with shower which, without barrier, allowed water to cover the toilet floor and remained wet during the entire stay. Request that water be mopped up, assured it would be so, but NEVER HAPPEN. Told they could not switch rooms because we booked through EXPEDIA and this was what they had to offer for this account. As a Hilton Honors member, Expedia member and general client, I was/am unimpressed.
