“The building is really aged and many tiny bugs' corpses in room. 24h hot water and no AC. Breakfast included, like coffee and donuts. It would be a reasonable choice for someone who spend the whole day outside of hotel and would just take a sleep there, plus save some money. Staff there is pretty nice.”

“总体来说住的还不错，床睡的很舒服，店主Alan也非常热情好客，有厨房可以自己做东西吃。位置离海边很近，可以看到整个Hilo bay。附件也有好几个beach park。唯一的缺点是房间隔音效果太差。”

“Quick acting, positive staff. Despite a fire alarm in the morning, able isolate the issue quickly. Despite dealing with the flooding due to a fire sprinkler knocking out the elevators, helped guests with difficulties deal with stairs, especially with luggage. ”

“This was our favorite place we stayed throughout our two week trip on the Big Island and Kauai. The staff was very helpful and the room we stayed in was super cozy. It was private and relaxing. I will definitely recommend this place to others and be going back to stay next time I’m on the Big Island!”
