“All but one staff member was SO friendly!! They all went out of their way to be helpful and kind. We only stayed one night, but it was positive experience. The one person who was rude was dealt with promptly and it was handled and resolved without a big fuss. Definitely recommend staying here. ”

“The hotel itself and the staff is amazing! We checked in with no issues. The room is very small, but it’s very clean and cozy. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect! There’s free ice cream which we loved as adults on a weekend getaway. The only issue I guess would be the outside area with a lot of trash everywhere and all around the trash bins. This is near the Ohio State University so lots of college students so it’s kinda expected, but kind of a sore eye. I would still stay here……
