“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

“The Loft is cozy, clean, quiet retreat nestled in the Catskills. As the photos indicate, the bathroom is next level, quite nice. Other features we liked included the ample closet space, the access to the Tanbark hiking trailhead a minute's walk away, and being right in downtown Phoenicia, so there were a few restaurants, a market, and some other stores all within a few minutes walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved everything about our stay. The property was beautiful and an experience in itself. Beautiful art throughout. The large picture window in the bedroom was our favorite feature. “I didn't tell my step-daughter anything about the place before we stayed and she was WIDE EYED as we entered this wonderful little haven! We taught her how to play pool downstairs, and although we were in the Eagle's Nest, she was able to have her own space (thank you for the space divider) so that we could have our privacy as a couple as well. The place was impeccable! Had everything we needed and MORE!”
