“The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. ”

“Had a pleasant stay. The location was just perfect, only a short walk from the city centre along the River Ness. Distillery and bar were nice too. Only downside was the lack of reliable Wi-Fi in the building I stayed at (the one with the restaurant). Other than that, would highly recommend!”

“Hotel of choice for Inverness, Quiet and secluded with ample parking space. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. High quality catering though a more varied dinner menu would be good. Anyone staying more than one night will find it repetitive. Top quality breakfast but again, a limited range of choices. Last three stays, I have not had a functioning desk light which poses restrictions on anyone with paperwork to attend to of an evening. These minor hurdles aside, this is still the best hotel……

“Beautiful garden room, very friendly staff beautiful surroundings and close to city centre. Restaurant was lovely, we had a slight issue with our mains but we're offered a dessert on the house to make up for it. Can't fault the place and will definitely be booking a return visit. We had a lovely but noisy dog in the room next to us but could only hear her barking when on the patio. No noise when in the room.”

“Lovely location can walk to the beach. Rooms very clean and comfy if a tad on the small side for a double room, very tight at the bottom of the bed. Fantastic food for both dinner and breakfast”
