“The entertainment at night and the dsco are really amazing and also with the spa and gym are great.i just dont like the lift because it's too small and it took so long by waiting. But, some staff are nice and some are mean.but, i still enjoyed it more specifically the entertainment and the disco at night and the SPA & Gym. ”

“Slightly disappointed with the standard of cleanliness in our room. One of the cups was dirty on the rim, thick dust on the room phone by the bed and bedside table, hairs in the bath and shelf in the bathroom. For a 4 star rating by the AA we would have expected to have had a duvet cover that hadn't come appart in several places. The wall paper in the room was also bubbled and seamed to be coming away from the wall in a couple of areas which spoilt our overall opinion. On the plus side the view……

“Excellent hotel in many ways & very welcoming to our 2 dogs. However the property itself needs some tlc on the exterior - a lot of moss & the white paint is peeling. It is still grand on the promenade & have to say the food is wonderful. Would definitely stay here again & recommend you try it. ”

“The hotel is a lovely place, the staff was friendly and very helpful. On the days when we stayed the unique bad things we encountered were noise guesses in the room next door, so we couldn't really rest as we expected but apart from that attention at the hotel in great! ”

“Room was ok needs updating, sink taps need attention, cracks in sink and shower tray, but they didn't leak so that was good, perhaps they will get round to it as it looks like there doing bits to hotel.”
