“Arrived from the UK and this was our first stop. The hotel shuttle transferred us without issue, checked in by Bhupinder and found we had been allocated a pleasant room. The breakfast was good and the servers, Janet and a gent whose name I didn't establish were friendly, cheerful and really attentive. Used the Jetz Bar for dinner an the food was good and inexpensive. Checked out with Sarika, who was excellent and sorted out my rewards programme for me. Excellent stay.”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
