Staff were nice enough, but most were new and weren't able to do basic things without a manager. Managers we're completely unresponsive to us. They seem to have a big problem with Expedia. We were told we had to pay for parking because we didn't reserve with the hotel directly. Then we got double charged for the room after checking out because they couldn't bill it to Expedia. Many customer service attempts later no progress has been made. We were humiliated when the staff said we couldn't leave because Expedia's mode of payment declined, and are still stuck in the middle of both parties' refusal to cooperate. Very bad experience!
