“Joni responded quickly to our questions. The house was clean and had everything we needed.The kitchen was well stocked. The King bed was very comfortable. The golf cart was a lot of fun. Very nice neighbors!”

Our owner insured our arrival and departure was seamless . The walking trail is a short skip away winding around the golf course, meeting up at marsh bend then water lily and back to our street entrance . The gas……

“Our trip was planned to get out of the cold weather and play a couple rounds of golf. We ordered the Lifestyle passes to let us get T times. As it turns out, you can’t make any arrangements until you’re physically there to pick up your passes. We were arriving Sunday evening and assumed we could set up for Monday. Additionally, through some snafu, they hadn’t received the owners request to reserve the passes for us. We weren’t able to reach the owners before the 6:00 pm deadline so had to……

“The villa is located down a short gravel road with overgrown weeds. The unit seems to be remodeled, which is nice. The impression would improve if the surroundings were well-kept (though this may not be within the owner's control if the entryway isn't theirs).”

“Front screen door latch did not work and reported first few days there 1/12/24 Refrigerator shelf kept falling. Reported 1/21/24 Reported Cockroach on kitchen shelf. Reported 1/16. Exterminator came 1/17 There was golf cart in garage and directions how to use but not listed in information about rental so we rented cart for additional $450”

“The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.”
