“Very quiet, remote setting. Overall very good. One window didnt close completely which made it a bit cold. And the ceiling in the kithchen needs an upgrade. Also when we returned one night there was no parking available and it ended up we had to park on the lawn. But on the up side, the kitchen was great, besides ceiling, the bathroom was great and the beds were comfortable. Cute, sufficient, semi rustic cabin.”

“This is super convenient to both Bangor and Orono. This large 2 bedroom apartment is above a 3 bay garage so you don’t have to tiptoe. It is thoughfullydesigned so you have everything your need for either short or very long stays including a large bathroom with a washer and dryer. The beds are extremely comfortable and the sectional couch is a relaxing place to wind down. Very easy entry and great communication with the host. A great bargain!”

“Communication with Travis was great. He was accommodating which was very much appreciated. The home did have a musty animal odor to it, which may have been due to the basement, there was a dehumidifier which was full. In the left downstairs bedroom the mattress protector has blood on it. The sheets were clean, but the mattress protector was dirty. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Other than the odor and the mattress protector issue, we would stay here again. Very safe area.”

“Everything is as described. I've been visiting Maine on the coast since I was young. But this time, I wanted to try staying on a lake or in a cabin. I don't recall if it was noted, but the house does have a privacy/security gate out to the road that is helpful if you have small children or want to keep your vehicles safe. The water on the lake is crystal clear where you can see fish just by looking down from the dock. Basic paper needs are well-supplied as is the water cooler in the kitchen.……

“This rental is centrally located. Bangor is a short drive away and you can get to the coast in an hour. The house was very clean at a resonable price. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from neccesities. We especially enjoyed eating dinner on the river at peppers landing and the Bangor outdoor venue for concerts is beautiful. Great time and wonderful area! ”
