“The instructions for accessing the property were really clear, well communicated ahead of time, and I stayed in a charming old cottage. A really safe, quiet part of town, and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. Susan was very friendly and helpful! I shall stay here again if I return to Little Rock!”

“Wow, where to begin. This house is absolutely spectacular. The owner and his wife built the house to reflect building styles of the early 1900’s. And if you can overlook some modern conveniences, you’d think you could hear the horses and carriage arriving. Windows, doors, porches, furniture, baseboards and floors all scream of the early 20th century. During our early conversations I learned that the owner is a school teacher and also a History teacher. I was impressed, which is usually difficult……

“House is great and as described. Comfy bed and pillows. Hairdryer needs replaced bc it’s ancient and sounds like it’s on its last leg. Otherwise wonderful trip and would stay again. ”

“We only were able to stay one night, but what a beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and serene place to stay. When we got up in the morning there was a cute doe deer in the back yard. My granddaughter and I watched it for a long time. This place looks small from the outside but you get in there and it is like how can this be 3 bedrooms, living,kitchen,dining room 2 bathrooms, & laundry area. Loved it!! We will use this place again in the future when we need to be in the area!!! ”
