This coveted location allows for a feeling of privacy and peacefulness while providing easy access to local trails and the popular Deer Valley Resort that’s right across the street. Mayflower Lakeside 304 has a professionally designed split floor plan that takes full advantage of the 1500 square feet of luxe living space. In the open-concept KITCHEN, stunning aquamarine cabinetry brings vibrant style to this well-designed space. A center island with seating for three has gleaming quartz countertops, an undermount sink, and a high-efficiency dishwasher. Other premier appliances include a duel-fuel 5 burner Wolf range, a mounted microwave, and a spacious refrigerator. Under cabinet LED lighting at the floor level adds a chic touch.

In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a sumptuous king-size bed is surrounded by an upholstered frame. This private sanctuary also includes a settee sofa, balcony access, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The SECOND and THIRD GUEST BEDROOMS each have cozy carpeting and a comfy queen-size bed. We enjoyed the condo - very clean and comfortable. The management company was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again. The location requires a 20-25 minute drive (depending on traffic and weather) to coffee shop, grocery, etc so just be aware of that.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is gorgeous and we loved the view of Jordanelle reservoir. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Very spacious and clean. Our only complaints are the trash bin was a bit of a walk to get to, and there were no directions with how to exit the garage 😂. We had to get out of the car every time and push a button to open the garage. When others obviously had a clicker or something as we saw several cars leave without having to got out and push the button. Also, it would have been nice to have had 2 key cards. As there were 4 adults so it was tricky when we went separate ways and only one of us could get back in.
