「The location is very good, very east to find, it is a very peaceful area, it also has the sea view from my room, parking can park next to the supermarket. However the room is very small, but it should be very small in the overall highland area, just depends how much you pay. Thanks!」

「I was staying here as part of a tour, and this was the nicest hotel of my Scotland visit. There is still some construction on the exterior of the building, but the inside is very nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My 1st floor room opened up to a small patio overlooking the parking lot and the loch across the street (it would be nice if there was a semi-sheer curtain so people can't see straight into the room while the curtains are open). There is a fancy restaurant on sight...

「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.」
