“We had an amazing time! There were so many fishing spots close by, hunting was an option but we didn’t end up going, the hiking with my dog was so beautiful and even just walking around the property was so calming and pretty. We went into Madoc (25 minute drive that was also super scenic and pretty) to do local shopping and they had so many great little shops. The one ice cream place attached to the woodland parking lot had a dog friendly patio and they gave my pup a pup cone for free it was so……

“You would think this is a typical road side motel but it's not. This facility is fully renovated. Everything in the room is brand new. Comfortable sleeping, great bathroom. Totally surprised as to how wonderful this establishment was for a more than reasonable price.

“We were in town to spend time with a family member who was in the local hospital. Suite Little Suite was perfect for our needs. The location is peaceful and quiet. The deck overlooking the backyard is lovely. It was wonderful to look up and see the stars so brilliantly at night (a treat for those of us who live in a big city). “Everything was as described and well managed. The host was very responsive and any questions or concerns were quickly addressed.

“This was the perfect spot for a winter family weekend. Two hour drive for those of us coming from Ottawa and 3 hours for those from Hamilton. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, although we would have preferred a regular coffee maker, we brought coffee, but not Kreurig pods and not everyone got coffee on the last day. Great property for snowshoeing……
