不满意:清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
I was in contact with the property ahead of time to arrange a taxi pick-up from the airport when we arrived in the country. This was fine. However, the driver took us to an alternate location in Havana, not Yamila House. We were then ushered to a 4th floor walk-up in an apartment building, and the woman there made phone calls. My Spanish is functional, but not fabulous. It appears that Yamila House and the woman from the apartment had a backroom deal to divvy out clients to alternate properties.
