Appartamento in pienissimo centro all’Avana, spazioso e pulito, proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Unica cosa negativa è il bar di sotto che fa musica fino a notte e in generale è una via molto trafficata e confusionaria. A parte questo alloggio molto consigliato

Our stay in Cuba was made memorable with the help of the owner, Ma. Teresa and her property Manager, Mirelis. They made sure that we have what we needed. Ma. Teresa booked for us a tour guide and a convertible and Mirelis helped us book a taxi and introduced us to a money changer who came to the apartment and exchange our $ to CUP! The apartment is very accessible to plaza Vieja and PLaza San Francisco and its a walking distance to almost all of the importanat sights.. We were never hungry because there are a lot of restaurants and food stalls in the area. Regarding the apartment, It is old but well maintained and very clean. We love the fact that both airconditioners are working and its such a comfort to come home in a nice airconditioned room after a whole day of sightseeing under the sweltering sun..The Wifi works great as well so we were able to keep in touch with our families. I would definitely recommend this apartment if youre looking for somewhere to stay in Cuba!

This property is awesome. the locals in the area are wonderful they make you feel at home. Mirelis is a great host, she helped us get around. she suggested places to go and things to do. excellent service overall. The apartment is in a great location and lovely neighborhood. Definitely recommend. The area is very SAFE!

Great stay in old havana!
We we extremely satisfied with this apartment! It was open, airy, full of light and very clean. Our host was so helpful and kind. It was also very centrally located within the old city. The one complaint was that the wifi was not very stable. Would recommend!

Luxury apartment with excellent location
The apartment is very clean and big, nice stay with a perfect location. Only hassle was waiting for someone to come and open the door as there is no reception. Despite agreeing on a time of arrival I had to sit over 30min with the neighbours wondering whether someone will show up or not, as there was also no phone number to call.

My family and I had an amazing stay during our one week visit to Cuba. We are a family of 4 and were very comfortable. The apartment is modern, clean, and centrally located to the sites. A special thank you the property manager Mirales who was able to pick up food for us during our stay and always made us feel at home. Mirales also referred us to a local taxi driver, Marcos, who was phenomenal. We hired him to take us around the city as well as to visit Viñales and Varadero. I would recommend hiring him to anyone planning to visit. I’m looking forward to visiting Cuba again and will definitely stay at this property.

Zentraler geht fast nicht: Freundliches, sauberes Apartment mitten im Herzen von Havana Vieja, direkt über dem coolen, gemütlichen Lokal La Reliquia mit Live-Musik am Abend. Wer es total ruhig haben will, ist hier vielleicht nicht glücklich, aber man erlebt hautnah das wunderbar im Rhythmus des Son pulsierendere Leben in Havana.

Un apartamento espectacular
Fabuloso apartamento, que es como aparece en las fotos. Emplazamiento genial, muy cerca de la Plaza Vieja. Marielis te ayuda en todo lo que necesites, como por ejemplo con el cambio de moneda, y siempre esta disponible para que la llames por telefono si quieres consultarla. Nuestra familia salió encantada con este apartamento.

Perfect stay
Amazing stay. Maria Teresa was so helpful beforehand. Mirelis welcomed us to the apartment, helped us with getting to grips with local currency and prepared an amazing breakfast every day. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect just down from Plaza Vieja and on a lively street. The bar / restaurant across the street has fantastic food, great drinks and free street entertainment. After a week we almost felt like locals

The appartement was wonderful, very clean, bright, well equipped, lovely decorated and spacious. Two rooms with 3 beds, two bathrooms (very nice showers), airco, a safe and good WiFi. The location is perfect, in the middle of Habana vieja (old center) and very close to plaza Vieja/Rum museum/Harbour/plaza Catedral/Banks/shops/plaza de Armas and many more sight seeings. Perfect location to explore Habana. The hostess was very friendly and helpful! She made breakfast every morning, what a wonderful service and so kind! I enjoyed my stay very much, I would definitely come back here and certainly recommend this stay! The only remark I have is that beneath the apartment is a bar and you can hear the music well. On Saturday’s the music is louder and stops at 3.00 in the morning. So I brought my earplugs, for a good night sleep. That’s all.

This is a beautiful designer property in the heart of the old town much of which has been renovated but much of which has not although this adds to the charm. The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people we were only 2 so very spacious! The air can in all rooms works well. Each morning Mirelis prepared us fantastic breakfasts and changed the bed sheets and towels daily. Although we could not speak Spanish & she had little English we manage to communicate and she was extremely helpful .

Parfait
The place is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable, neatly cleant everyday. Very efficient air conditionning. The location is perfect, close to piazza Vieja. The owner has been very kind and helpful to solve any problem. For those who need an absolute silence at night it is better to know that there is some music from the bar below (somewhat like everywhere in Cuba), but the isolation is good, the noise is discrete and never bothered my sleep. I highly recommend the place for an perfect time in old Havana.

Eine sehr schön und stilvoll restauriertes Apartment mit der Altstadt mit Balkon , von der Lage nicht zu toppen,gleich vor der Haustüre Bars und Restaurants , wenige Schritte nur entfernt von der Plaza Vieja, alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt auch in wenige Minuten erreichbar . Alles in allem , die Top Adresse in der Altstadt . Unbedingt zu empfehlen !

We absolutely love the apartment and our host
We really really like the apartment and the host Maria . This is a two bedroom apartment so our family took the entire apartment . Maria arranged the airport transfer for us about 30 CUC and the apartment is in a very central location close to plaza vieja, plaza San francisco , plaza de armas . She gave us a phone that can be used as hot spot and when we go outside . But just bear in mind internet is not a fancy thing in Havana so even with that we didn’t always get to be able to go online . On the phone has all the restaurants she and guests saved . She and her helper came in the morning to cook breakfast for us ( we are not big eater so I would recommend communicate with her before hand so that no food goes waste )and she also arranged a walking tour guide ( David ) which was 90 CUC for the whole tour and the guide was very knowledgeable. Maria also arranged our transportation to Vinales for a day with Marcos and Marcos Is very nice . driver and his English is good . The whole day trip was 180 CUC . There r few restaurants underneath the apartment and free musics . They don’t play music after certain time so no need to worry about being disturbed when u try to get some sleep . There is also a balcony that you can sit outside and just watch ppl down below . We really like Maria , her apartment and the people she works with and we highly recommend her place to everyone but book early as she is very booked
