. This private carriage house sits in the Historic District behind a 1910 Grand Victorian which is listed on the National Historic Registry. The carriage house has been newly renovated and is situated atop the garage. Features a modern full kitchen, king bed, living area with pull out sofa for extra sleeping if needed, and full bathroom.
