“This property was exactly as advertised! Upon entering our room we immediately smelled how clean this unit was! The property owner, Wanda, is the sweetest lady. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants and beach stores, a short drive from the ferry to Ocracoke and a short distance from Avon. We were so impressed we extended our stay. We will definitely book this unit again in the future. 🌊🌞”

“The Cabana in Hatteras is perfect for a couple or small family to stay close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved the community. Best coffee in the area! The management was super helpful, and answered all our questions quickly. The pool at the club house was very nice and our teens enjoyed too. We loved sitting on the decks especially the top one. If you are looking for a quaint place near the beach this is for you! ”

“We went to Buxton for a quick weekend visit. This was a great spot, conveniently located and they allowed our dogs in this particular room (Hugo). The room has a mini fridge, microwave and drip coffee pot with supplies to brew a pot of coffee. We saw Wanda in the shared room and she was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. A very nice stay!”

“Unit was well stocked with cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances. Clean, well decorated, and comfortable bed. Pool not open yet but that is o.k. Husband did use pool table. Hope to stay there again in the same unit. Had wonderful time.”

“Loved the view, so close to ocean and pool.”

“This place was amazing! Perfectly decorated, fantastically supplied kitchen and an amazing view and access to the beach! It doesn't get any better than this. The sunrise every morning was amazing with our coffee.. We saw dolphins on morning. Watching the surfers and fisherman on the beach and pier was very entertaining. We will be back😁❣️ ”

“I thought this would be an amazing property to stay at because it was close to the beach and dining options in the adorable village of Hatteras. From the first moment we opened the door, this place was a nightmare!! The house REEKS of cigarette smoke!! I immediately messaged the owner via text (I have since learned we should always message on the platform). I informed her the house had someone actively smoking in it at the time (the house is registered as a duplex, but it must have been……

“Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property.”

“Enjoyed the location/condo, but cleanliness needs to improve. My dog would not give up wanting something under the couch, moved couch, old food like crumbs, chips, peanuts, etc & the amount of sand was ridiculous underneath! I tried to sweep as best I could with broom that was broke to a length of maybe 2 1/2 feet. Corners were sandy, & top of refrigerator was dirty. I did appreciate the quick response I received when I called for linens for the sofa bed. All in all our stay was what I……
