The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our days swimming in the pool and the evenings grilling out on the deck and taking in the beautiful forest views. “This a classic stone home that has been well maintained and updated whilst honoring its heritage. It was conveniently located a minute from downtown and the perfect location as a home base to hop around Mena. The host was easy to get in contact with as well and had a small assortment of snacks in the kitchen (I love those little touches of care!). Being that this is an older home with what I believe to be was original wood flooring and older-single pane windows, it’s not the most sound-proof……

“The pictures do not do this place justice. It was beautiful and very spacious! More than enough room for the family to spread out and enjoy themselves. We had fun making s’mores in the fire pit and grilling outside. The views are beautiful from all around the house, but we came to see the total eclipse. We were not disappointed. The eclipse was spectacular! The house was clean and well stocked. We were greeted by the host, Robert, at check-in and he showed us around and answered any questions……
