Right in the middle of the Cape - Harwich is close to everything! This comfortable artist designed 2 bdrm home will be a great place to access all the Cape has to offer. Brand new central A/C to escape on those hot humid days, or sit outside on the covered patio. Comfortable new sofa. Newly painted, and new dishes, silverware, bedding, etc. Brand new washer/dryer on the first floor. New grill with a searing feature. Very roomy well equipped kitchen with new appliances, and separate dining area. Clean as a whistle!! I do my own cleaning, so I know it's done right. The bike path is nearby, and a short scenic ride past cranberry bogs and old style cottages takes you to a quiet warm fresh water beach on Seymour's Pond. Chatham is a 10 minute drive, Hyannis 15 minutes away, and the outer beaches about a 15 - 20 minute drive. Harwich center is close by, with all the amenities it has to offer - 2 great restaurants, convenience store, package store, and gas. Grocery stores just a 10 minute drive down the road. Bike rentals also available in Harwich center.
In the house, all bedding, towels, beach towels & beach chairs provided. All beds are made when you arrive, and you can leave them as is when you go. Hair dryer, bottled liquid soap and shampoos also provided. Coffee, tea , and creamers/sugar. No pets - no exceptions. No smoking in or out. No use of the fireplace - sorry. And for those of you coming in the off season: Bedspreads are upgraded in the fall to luxurious velvet, with a cozy faux fur throw in each bedroom. Central heat provided by gas hot air furnace. Harwich is a great place to stay in the off season, because almost everything is till open. The Seal, a great little restaurant is just down the street, and shopping and The 400 East, another great restaurant is a short drive. Rt. 124 is right in front of the house, so if it does snow during your visit, you can be sure the road will be plowed . I keep all the expanded cable and internet on through Jan 4th.
