“Very clean property, beds very comfortable, owner very responsive to questions and suggestions. Parking is tight and 2 spots are in front of the unit. If you have any mobility issues this unit would be difficult to access as the parking is lower than ground level and then steps onto porch and then split level entry. It worked fine for us but would not be for everyone. Keurig always a positive for us as we drink both regular and decaf. It is located in an area of other duplexes and several……

“Loved the house. Great for kids and loved having the yard. Not many houses in the resort area has the yard space like this house. ”

“Babbling Brook Retreat was the perfect place for our Girls Weekend. Everything was just as described. The house had All the touches of home, toiletries, paper products, garbage bags, a small supply of things in case we forgot something. Touches that are not normally in vacation rentals. Lauren the host was very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you Lauren for allowing us to enjoy your vacation home. It’s evident you and your family care for it and want others to enjoy as you do. ”

“Nice place good location. Brought our five year old Golden Doodle too. Went to a wedding at Cross Keys Vineyard. The house location was perfect. Hardest thing to figure out was the TV and cable system. Could use an instruction card to help figure is out. ”

“Every year over the weekend after Halloween, my family and the family of dear friends seek out some cooler temperatures and beautiful foliage in the mountains of Massanutten. This year we stumbled upon Margarita Villa and enjoyed every minute of our 4 days! There was ample space for 8 people (everyone had their own bed), plenty of parking, and lots of activities for the evening hours with the air hockey and pool tables and hot tub. We were greated every morning by a large buck who would graze on……

“Family had a 1 night stay during our travels, as it was a great quiet spot. The horses and open land is beneficial to anyone needing a break. Will return. ”

“Beautiful Mountain View with deer grazing out front. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t such as clutter and knickknacks. The appliances worked well and the management team stayed on top of things. We had some loose chair legs, I sent in a note that evening and they were fixed before noon the next day. We WILL use them again. ”

“There were 6 of us and we had a great time. The host was great at getting back to us when we had questions. Also a great area if you like wineries and breweries. We visited 6 a day for 3 days and were never disappointed.”
