No Televisions

Not sure in today's world how a property does not have at least one television. No evening news, no movies, no sports.....it would have been nice to disclose that there is not a single television in the unit. I would encourage the owners to spend a couple hundred dollars and get into the 21st century. A visitor would always have the option to not turn it on if they so desire but give the others the option.

Does not accommodate six adults

The property says it sleeps six however The description does not describe or show pictures the poor sleeping accommodations other then the master. They expect 4 people to sleep in a very small bunkbed that has a toddler single on the top and a Trendle on the bottom definitely not acceptable for six adults. Plus there is no mention of it being a bunkbed in the second bedroom. Also the air conditioning did not work the first two nights with no help from management until the third day and we left to go sleep a night in a hotel because it was so miserably hot. Management only would tell me how to fix the problem but did not come out for two days and we couldn’t sleep there. The unit was clean except for the bathrooms which have carpet all around the toilet and there were quite a few stains around the toilet which grossed us all out. Needs a mat around the toilet that can be washed or get rid of the carpet.

Ok place

The location property is great . Condo is nice but definitely needs update . I am ok with carpet but even bathroom have carpet. With young kids it was challenging . Carpet should be removed from bathroom and replaced with some other appropriate flooring. Secondly vacasa advertised as property having a beach . There is no beach for Arrowhead property owners or guests . Entire so callled beach is covered is grass and dog poop , so that amenity is not available. For the price and all the fees charged , I expected more .

Great, but terrible communication

Great experience, but I did need to know beforehand if it was wheelchair accessible. I tried a few times to communicate with them but did not get a reply. I finally called a hotel nearby to ask them, and the woman was very helpful. It was very important to know whether or not there was a flight of stairs to the residence. Apart from this difficulty with communication, they stay was great! Very clean, nice and comfortable.

Beautiful Property

I loved staying at this property. It was absolutely beautiful. The process was easy, instructions clear and the place was just as described and extremely clean. When I had issues I contacted the owners and received immediate responses. It is a 30 min drive to Couer D'Allene because the road is windy but it is an absolutly beautiful drive, we just had to plan accordingly. The pool was also closed due to COVID, but my little girls still had a lot of fun in the giant bath tub!

The view was marginal. Property much smaller than I thought. No amenities available for guests. Air conditioning kept reverting back to 79 degrees and no one could help. No amenities within 30 minutes drive. No beach or area to enjoy the lake except the exlusive area where we were not allowed. PArking was horrible.

Christmas by the lake

This was a beautiful condo. We had a wonderful stay during Christmas and lots of privacy. Kids loved the pool and they had cards and board games available. Looking forward to staying again in the near future. Only bad part was we wanted to stay an extra night, but the gentleman we spoke t ok on the phone said they had already contacted the cleaning service, we thought it would be an easy thing to reschedule but they told us no. Otherwise was a great place.

It is our favorite condo there, and we have stayed in 4 different condos. Well appointed and very clean. They do have a bbq, even thought it is not listed on the website. We will be back!

Cozy condo with lake access

Our prior two Vacasa lakefront homes were canceled but the very helpful Vacasa manager put us up here instead. Although we didn’t have a private dock and backyard, it was nice and clean and a 5-10 minute walk to the dock we used. It is a private marina but they let us dock our boat on the outside of it. We loved our stay and Coeur d’Alene is amazingly beautiful and an extremely fun place to visit.

Home away from home

The condo was perfect and very clean. It had everything needed EXCEPT a coffee pot to go with the coffee maker. The location was somewhat disappointing. It was much further from Coeur d'Alene than anticipated, which wouldn't have been so bad if there was at least a convenience store nearby and something to do that didn't require you being a member. The pool was nice to have, although quite crowded most times we went. Overall, this home is beautiful and the sights were breathtaking. Perfect place to go if you just want to sit around and enjoy nature (remember to get lots of groceries before driving up there) as there isn't a restaurant or even a vending machine within 30 minutes.
