-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

Our properties are protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £500 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

The Bays offers a thoughtfully designed interior that combines luxury with comfort. The ground floor features three elegantly appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed, a dressing area, a freestanding bath, and an en suite shower room. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breath-taking views towards Skye across the Minch. Bedrooms two and three, each with stunning vistas of the heather-covered landscape and the distant mainland, share a modern family shower room. Completing the ground floor is a well-equipped utility room and a staircase leading to the upper level.

The upper floor is jaw-dropping, with a spacious, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This space is designed to maximise the awe-inspiring views. Enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning stove, prepare meals in a fully equipped luxury kitchen, and unwind with the 65-inch smart TV, complete with a Sky Movies and Sports package. Patio doors open out the wrap-around balcony, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

This property is located in a rural location near Ardslave on the Isle of Harris. The island is accessible by ferry and a car will be necessary to reach the property.


Accessibility

This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. The house is an upside down house and the only access to the living area is by the internal stairs.
