“My wife and I stayed at this property in Fredericksburg, Texas (12/27-1/1) and we had a wonderful visit. It had been 10 years since we were last in F-burg but nothing really had changed, the charm of the community and the German hospitality were still present. The condo was perfect, very quiet location...we will stay again!”

“There were a few small issues with the property like a broken doorknob I had to fix and electrical plugs by the bed that didn't work. It also needs some extra things like more security lighting in the parking lot and extra hooks in the bathroom for towels. But it is a nice clean and comfortable property and my Wife, and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It also has a nice book selection if you are a reader.”

“First let me start with the house was cute and had everything you needed for comfortable stay.Here are a few things I would change:1.Both bedroom’s were small and the furniture was too big leaving nearly no room to walk around.2. Bathroom upstairs was a good size but mirror hung way too high, and nowhere to put your toiletries. Needs small vanity or shelves.3. The bath tub upstairs held too much water around the tub and we have to use every towel to dry it up that was not planned well.4. No……

“Nice duplex in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Too cold and windy to try out the hot tub but it adds to the comfort of the place.”

“The stay was incredible! The property was new, but it had a warmth to it when you walked in. Having the private hot tub was an awesome experience too. We ended up cooking while we were there, and we had everything we needed. We ended up at the wrong location at first, however Julio, customer service, was thorough and patient as we figured everything out. The maintenance gentleman was also very pleasant and was helpful as well. We'll most likely stay at another Cozi property when we return in the……
