Remodeled Trout Creek Condo #21, close by the indoor pool and sauna

Trout Creek Condo #21 includes 3 pools and 2 hot tubs (one indoor pool and hot tub with sauna open all year around), maintained trails, fishing pond, kids' playgrounds, tennis and pickle board courts, soccer field.

Indoor space offers living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious wooded deck with benches and access from the living room and master bedroom. Since January 2022 went through remodeling, new fireplace, new laminate flooring, new washer and dryer, complete kitchen remodeling, new HVAC, new bathroom sink, electric garage door opening and various interior design touches which keep improving.

1 King Bed in the Master Bedroom, which also has 1/2 Bath and 24" Smart TV.

1 Queen Bed in the Guest Bedroom with 43" Smart TV.

Living Room has 55" Smart TV including Spectrum Cable Channels. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet provided by Spectrum.

Two biggest ski resorts Nubs Nob and Highlands within 5 minutes to re-drive, with a free shuttle from the condo to Nubs! Only 7 minutes away from Petoskey State Park, settled in between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, and within half an hour to Wilderness State Park, Mackinaw City or Charlevoix!

Perfect spot to cozy up after a day on the slopes
The condo was very clean and fully stocked. It provided a garage stall that was very much appreciated in the cold temps! Super close to the pool! Daniella communicated everything very well and efficiently. We would definitely recommend staying here for a small family!

Great condo
This has been one of the most well appointed properties we have stayed at. Close to the indoor pool, great kitchen, comfortable beds. The little extras that are included were a nice surprise.

The perfect getaway!
What a wonderful place! We stayed here with our 3 young boys and the unit and area were absolutely perfect. It was clean, cozy and close to everything. The pools were so much fun and the boys loved fishing in the nearby ponds. Close to Harbor Springs and just a half hour drive to the Mackinac ferry. We fell in love with Northern Michigan and will definitely plan to stay here again!

Ideal condo just outside of Petoskey
This condo is in a condo complex just north of Harbor Springs. The location is right off a main road in a wooded area with recreational facilities. The property was very well kept and clean with all needed accouterments for kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. It was very comfortable and the host couldn’t have been nicer and available to contact for questions. Will definitely look for this posting in the future!

We were four adults and an infant/toddler. The unit was small/cozy for our group especially with one bathroom. But, for our short stay it worked just fine! The swimming pools and hot tub were a real bonus.
