“We were completely enchanted by our stay here. It reminded me of the beach cottages I used to stay in as a child but with all the modern amenities! Plenty of beach gear provided and the perfect snorkeling beach a couple of blocks away. We loved it so much we had to extend our stay. Our host Donna, was readily available to answer all our questions and offered many helpful suggestions. All in all, an A+ adventure! ”

“Great Location & view. Easy parking for our 3 cars. Plenty of room. Well appointed kitchen. Walk to uncrowded beach, but watch out for locals driving on beach. Comfortable beds. Lots of beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels. Neighbor is friendly, has 5 dogs, mostly quiet, but occasional short barking frenzy.”

“This property was as listed, had what we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. It was in a great location close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. The bedroom AC units were wonderful. It was fairly hot in the main part of the house in the afternoon, but we were out and about most days anyways! It definitely has a “family vacation home” vibe, as listed- it was well loved and had the wear and tear that comes along with years of use. And ants (only in the kitchen)- they……

“Lovely property and location! It was great they provided fans for assistance with airflow through the house. We loved the outdoor gathering spaces! There were some cleanliness issues with dust and dirty bathroom tiles that had clearly not been noticed ”

“Beautiful property as oceanfront as you can get. Property is walking distance to beaches & a short drive to the town of Koala. This is an older complex but Parkers' place is very modern, beautiful and includes boogie boards, chairs, towels and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach, pool is really nice and also ocean front. We ate most of our meals on the Lanai watching the waves crash on the rocks. Parker was very responsive, check in was easy- everything you hope your vacation……

“This was our third or fourth time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. I have been to Kauai a number of times and as far as I am concerned this is the best property on the island. My 102 year old dad is a Pearl Harbor survivor so we make the trip to the ceremony every December and then hop over to Kauai for a little vacation, this house is perfect for him. I 10/10 recommend it!”
