“Practical unit in a nicely landscaped, perfectly located complex. Nice pool. Convenient to have food trucks on site, but surprising lack of conventional dining options. I’d have expected a cafe or cocktail lounge or at least a convenience store on site. Kitchen was serviceable, with most of what we needed. Nice bathrooms. “We had a quick, but nice 1-night stay at the Cliffs. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable - check-in, parking, room/cleanliness. We especially loved the pool and hot tub area. If we stayed longer we definitely would have gotten on the tennis or pickleball courts. Recommend for a couple or family. There’s no quick, walkable beach access - so definitely need a car. ”

“We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. “We had never been to Kauai before and just had to roll the dice and get some recommendations from friends and relatives. We elected to stay 3 days down south and the other 3 days at the Hanalei Resort. We luckily selected a lovely condo with gorgeous mountain views! “It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Host responded quickly to every (too many?) questions including last minute questions about parking and WiFi. This was a small space, but perfect for two grandparents and the grandchild. “We cannot emphasize enough how amazing David and Lynda's home is. From the moment we arrived to the day we (sadly) left, the Wailua Hideaway was a dream! The back garden, looking out over the stream and mountain, was perfect for morning bird watching with a cup of coffee, and the house was stocked with everything you would need. Plus, it was beautifully decorated and so inviting. If we are back in on Kauai, we would not hesitate to stay here again! Mahalo, David and Lynda!”
