“Cons: Finding the correct parking spot was a little difficult. It would have been helpful to know that the the higher numbers for parking was in the back behind the bldg on Nudd st/ave. Some conflicting info b/t online and contract re quiet hours, and hidden info like hanging towels in the outside railing. Prep cleaning didn't seem accomplished. Crumbs under toaster oven, tons of raining dust from fan, back of toilet nor windows cleaned. Lastly, the pool heater was out of order during our first……

“This quaint, 3 bedroom, one level unit that slept 5 of us comfortably was a perfect location near restaurants and music venues in the center of Salisbury. It was just steps away from the beautiful private beach where we found plenty of sea glass and other beach treasures! There was one designated parking space by the unit, and plenty of off-street parking nearby which was convenient. We appreciated the portable AC which kept the unit very cool and comfortable on the 90+ degree days! The rental……

“My friends and I stayed for two nights and it was good sized for 3 people. Linens were quality, bed and couch are comfortable and the refrigerator is a good size to stock drinks and some food. The swells were beautiful right outside the balcony. The building and location were fairly quiet which is all the better. Great place for a couple nights out of town. ”

“The pictures were representative of the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious. The a/c units in each bedroom window were perfect. I had to ask for the check-in and check-out instructions, but the owner responded quickly. My only critique is that the hot water would run out (e.g., even when taking a shower for fewer than 10 min, the water would turn from lukewarm to cool for the person taking a shower afterwards, so the 2nd person would have to wait a little bit for a fully hot shower).”
