“前台職員非常友善而且還與我們開玩笑，讓我們未入住已經有好的感覺，房間可煮食，碗碟用具已提供，房間舒式整潔而且從火車站行去酒店只需10分鐘，很好找又易走的路，我們在微雨下一人一行李箱的行去酒店都不大問題”

“The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around 9 PM, and the office closes at 6 PM. Luckily, we had a SIM card to contact the staff. Someone came to give us the correct key after 15 minutes, but it would be tough for travelers without a Swiss……

“The property is generally good, and provides what you need. The lobby restaurant was never open after 3pm regardless of what was posted. The air conditioning in the room could not cool the room but we could open multiple windows at night to help cool the room. They only had one pillow each, so could use another pillow. The room was a good size for two people but only had one chair, so it could use another chair. It is quite close to central Zürich and Selnau station (350 m away and one stop to……

“O flat é excelente e proporciona todo o conforto para quem quiser descansar após um longo dia de passeios, cozinhar se preferir preparar uma refeição e ter uma boa noite de sono. O flat é bem equipado, até com máquina de lavar roupas, mas faltou o sabão. :) O banheiro bem limpo, amplo, com toalhas de ótima qualidade. Não houve limpeza durante os 05 dias que estivemos lá. Achei estranho que o lixeiro da cozinha estava quase cheio quando chegamos...nao sei se foi falha ou qual seria o……

“Prompt response from the property Manager on some minor issues, Apartment was outdated but clean and spacious. Good Tram/Bus connection from Zurich station (10-15 mins) and grocery store very close by. ”
