“The unit was very clean and was well-equipped, and featured a good view of the Intercoastal from the large balcony. My family enjoyed both the pool and the nearby beach. The shuttle bus that provided a short ride to the beach was regular and reliable. The building is a convenient location with nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Gulfstream Race Track, Casino, and shopping mall are close. The valet parking system worked well, and we rarely had to wait more than 10-15 minutes after requesting the……

“The location is perfect to access the beach and nearby restaurants and shopping centers. A bit small for four adults. The wait for the elevators can be very long during peek hours in the morning and end of day. It would have been nice to have a broom and minimum cleaning products. Having the possibility to have extra towels and new bed sheets would have been nice.”

“The facility was true to the pictures which is very important the space was beautiful clean and tidy the location was perfect However the sliding glass door in the main living room area would not lock properly and the television in the guest bedroom was not working. Safety is important when traveling and my prayer is that the owner took care of the issue”

“The property was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable beds and equipped with everything we needed for a monthlong stay. The beachfront building has a large pool, exercise room, tennis court, and helpful attendants are available to set you up with chairs and umbrellas. It’s also a short drive from stores as well as the Aventura Mall. Our tween/teens had plenty to keep them entertained. The host Gaby is very responsible and answered all of our questions quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to go……

“I booked this spot for a two day stay pre Royal Caribbean cruise. It accommodated my family perfectly. It’s has a private elevator entrance and a wrap around balcony for the perfect view of Golden Isle Lake and Hallandale Beach. However, check-in is strict, so arrive on or after 4pm. Family and I attempted to check-in at 330 pm, yet had to wait in car to take possession of room key card.”

“The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped. It should be mentioned that the apartment has no sea view. The swimming pool the nice and large enough. The service at the beach is very pleasant.”

“The people next to us were loud every night. We had to get security teach night. The place was dirty when we got there. Had to get the air conditioning people up two days. The safe was locked when we got there. Had to have someone up to unclog the sink. Overall this unit was presented to us wrong. We called before arriving and were told it had a stove and dishwasher and it didn”t”

“The view of the bay was amazing. There were some minor issues with the unit and 2 elevator was definitely not enough. Lots of extra cost. I would only rent this again if i was stay a week or longer and with more than 3 people. Definitely not condusive if on business trip. ”
