This incredibly spacious two story home is full of delight and charm. When you enter the home, you will find the cozy lounge area and large dining room that’s great for entertaining with plenty of seating for friends and family. Continuing forward you will find the sizable, open kitchen with plenty of counter space, an island to prepare meals, double sinks, professional grade appliances and a lovely breakfast nook that overlooks the pool area. The pool area itself is East-facing with plenty of room on the pool deck for the whole family to enjoy time outside. The living room features extremely high ceilings, lots of natural light, several comfy couches with plenty of seating and a large TV to enjoy time with family. The master bedroom is located downstairs and includes a walk-in shower, garden soaker tub and walk-in closet. Downstairs there is also a half bath that is convenient for guest use and a laundry room before the garage.
Upstairs you can find the remaining five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and an additional TV area that’s perfect for entertaining the kids. In the remaining bedrooms, you will find each room has its own unique feel to it. Two of the rooms feature queen beds, one bedroom features a full bed, the remaining two rooms each have a set of twin beds in them. There is plenty of room for the whole family or a large group of friends!

This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.
Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.
Pool Policy: *The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $175 per week plus tax. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
