“Property was very clean and had such a lovely yard. The only slight issue was the water pressure wasn’t great and had a little snafu with the shower. Rob it was easy to contact and attentive. GPS directions were off, but it was very easy to find. That is not Roberts fault.”

“I reserved this property for our end-of-summer vacation from 8/13-8/18. Two days before our check-in, the property owner offered me a different property than what was listed. She said the house is bigger with two beds. She did not contact me through VRBO, but texted me directly. After driving 450 miles, we arrived at the property around 8 pm. The house was surrounded by all sorts of trash. The house she offered is a trailer like a dumpster, which is not in a livable condition. She did not let us……
