“booked 4 rooms, but ready for only 3rooms...and took more than 20mins to check another room. 1room...room card was not working(Card&Key both) and it took more another 20mins to try to open door, and finally change the room....took 40mins to check in...”

“We was here for 4 days business trip, and it's nice place to stay in this luxury hotel. It's safe and with many unique paintings which you cannot find in other hotels, but the outside traffic and train making serious noises.”

“Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable ”

“The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.”

“Nice, comfortable, very clean hotel, just a short distance from the center of town and sights of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful, but perhaps not entirely accustomed to dealing with tourists. Wi-fi in the rooms wasn't as strong as it could have been. Overall, though, a good choice.”

“ Un véritable coup de cœur pour ce restaurant ! Le sauté de veau était tout simplement *exquis* : une viande tendre, savoureuse et parfaitement cuisinée, témoignant d’un vrai savoir-faire. Les accompagnements, juste ce qu’il faut, mettaient en valeur le plat sans le surcharger. Côté service, l’équipe a été adorable – un accueil chaleureux, des conseils avisés, et une attention bienveillante tout au long du repas. “Le réceptionniste était vraiment patient et a participé à la résolution du problème du à une base de données Hôtel.com/Expedia erronée. Service Hôtel.com exécrable, il rejette la faute sur l’hôtel ou sur le client alors qu’au final le problème venait de chez eux. Je ne manquerai de laisser un avis à la hauteur de la prestation,autrement dit lamentable. J’aimerais échanger avec un manager d’hôtel.com pour lui dire comment j’ai perduum temps précieux et anormalement long tout reparti sur 2 j……

“Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars”
